Coverage
This guarantee applies to you if you have registered for Shared Hosting Services and you are in good financial standing with Mecca Hosting.
Service Level
Mecca Hosting endeavors to have the content of your Web site available for http access by third parties 99.99% of the time ("Web Site Availability").
Credits
In the event that there is no Web Site Availability, Mecca Hosting will credit the following month's service fee as follows. For Shared Hosting services, such credit shall be retroactive and shall be as calculated below and as measured 24-hours a day in a calendar month, with the maximum credit not to exceed 3 times the monthly service charge for the affected month.
Service credits are calculated as follows:

| | Between 5 minutes and 15 minutes of downtime per month | : 25% credit |
| | Between 15 minutes and 1 hour of downtime per month | : 50% credit |
| | Between 1 hour and 4 hours of downtime per month | : 100% credit |
| | Between 4 hours and 12 hours of downtime per month | : 200% credit |
| | More than 12 hours of downtime per month | : 300% credit |
